About us

PER NYCANDER AB, situated in the Stockholm area in Sweden, is mainly supplying the Scandinavian market with testing equipment. The aim is to quote the most suitable for each specific customer of well known brands as an independent supplier. 

The company was founded in 1963 by civil engineer Per Nycander after several year as manager for the division of building materials at the Swedish National Testing and Research Institute (SP). For hos effors within the concrete construction industry he recieved the gold medal from the Swedish Association of Concrete (Svenska Betongföreningen).

The company has remained within the family and has grown to beone of the market leading companies in this field in Scandinavia.During the years a large international network has been built up with partners in the U.S and most of the European countries.

Our customers are the large Scandinavian contractors, National Road Administrations, the National Testing and Research Institute and Technical Universities,as well as the local laboratories . Among our export customers you can also find the EC Aid Program, International projects like Hydropower plants etc. In the Baltic States we have supplied both the domestic market as well as the Swedish contractors with laboratory equipment.

Our office and warehouse is situated in Täby, 20 km north of Stockholm, the capital of Sweden.
